Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to make my order?

Depending on the queue ahead, anywhere from 2-7 days.

When will I receive my order?

For local (BC) orders: 3-5 business days.

For provinces outside of BC: 5-14 business days.

For US orders: 5-15 business days.

For international orders: 7-20 business days.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For Canadian orders, I can accept e-transfer or PayPal.

For US and international orders, I can only accept PayPal at this time.

Will you be restocking [X]?

Unfortunately since I only use upcycled materials, once something is sold out, it's gone for good! I can try my best to find similar material if there's a particular fabric you like!

Scrunchie Care Tips

• To reduce tension and preserve elasticity of the hair tie, I recommend tying your hair with a regular hair tie first and then wearing the scrunchie overtop.

• Always stretch the scrunchie slightly before wearing to 'warm up' the elastic!

• Hand wash and lay flat to dry.

Face Mask Care Tips

• Make sure to wear the mask over your nose!

• Hand wash and lay flat or hang to dry (hang by the fold and not the elastics!).
